StockMonger.com was founded by Scott Richmond II. The site was born out of need to create a custom monitoring and screening system for particular stocks and indices.  Scott acquired his stock knowledge and influence from experts like Jim Cramer, Richard Suttmeier, Jim Jubak, Jimmy Rogers, and Gary Smith.
